Product Details

Thick Plate Cut To Length Line, efficiently processes a diverse array of metals including  Hot-rolled steels, Carbon steel, Silicon steels, High-strength steel,SUS, 700L, Pickled plates, Aluminum plates,and Coated or plated materials. It transforms roll strips into uniform lengths and stacks them in neat rows.


All units, including the electrical control system and hydraulic system, are self-made. Key units such as uncoiling, leveling, shearing, palletizing ,etc. It have advanced design structures to ensure the rigidity and stability of the body structure.


The main units of this include Feeding line includes coil trolley, Uncoiler，Straightener , Loop Bridge, Fixed Length Measurement, Pile stacker, PLC controller.
