Thick Plate Slitting Recoiling Line, is high precision longitudinal cutting line ,that uses two scissors on top and bottom to longitudinally cut metal rolls, and other materials, achieving the goal of cutting into narrow strips. The upper scissors have fixed cutting blade, while the lower scissors have movable cutting blade. Through the movement of the up and down scissors, metal coils, and other materials are cut into specified width strips.

All units, including the electrical control system and hydraulic system, are self-made. Key units such as uncoiling, leveling, shearing, recoiler ,etc. It have advanced design structures to ensure the rigidity and stability of the body structure.

The main components of the slitting machine line include loading trolleys, unwinding machines, leveling machines, longitudinal cutters, scrip winder, tension table, recoiler machines .
