Metal slitting and cut to length line, is a necessary equipment for precision cutting of metal strips in the steel structure, transformer, motor industry, and other metal strip industries. It cuts metal coils into strips of various widths as needed and then neat them into long sheets for the next process. It is mainly used for strip cutting of materials such as 700L, Hot rolled steel coil, Carbon steel, Galvanized iron, Silicon steel sheet, Cold-rolled strip steel, Stainless steel strip, Aluminum strip, Steel strip and other coils.

The main components of the slitting and cut to length line include loading trolleys, unwinding machines, leveling machines, longitudinal cutters, scrip winder, tension table, horizontal cutter, and stacking mechanisms. All custom-designed for optimal efficiency with multiple material.

All units, including the electrical control system and hydraulic system, are self-made. Key units such as uncoiling, leveling, shearing, recoiler , stacker, etc. It have advanced design structures to ensure the rigidity and stability of the body structure.
